Daniella is the owner of Boom Lab Fitness and Platinum Plates Fitness, bringing years of experience and passion to the Denver fitness community. Born and raised in Colorado, she has been an athlete her entire life, which led her to pursue a career in personal training. In 2015, she attended the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in Lakewood, completing their intensive program and graduating in 2016.
A NASM-certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist, Daniella has been working with clients in Denver and virtually since 2016, helping them achieve strength, weight loss, and peak athletic performance. She specializes in weight training, body transformation, and nutrition coaching, offering a results-driven approach that empowers clients to build strength, confidence, and long-term success.

Hi! I’m Audrey, a Denver-based fitness coach with over five years of experience in both one-on-one personal training and group fitness. I started my journey coaching HIIT classes at a boutique fitness studio, where I fell in love with helping people crush their goals and build confidence in the gym. While I love the energy of group training, my true passion lies in one-on-one strength coaching, where I can make the biggest impact—helping clients feel strong, empowered, and confident in their bodies.

Hi, I’m Anahys! Originally from New Jersey, I moved to Denver in 2022, drawn by my love for the mountains, music scene, and a passion for holistic health. As a fitness and nutrition coach with a background in health psychology, I take a science-driven approach to behavioral change, mindset shifts, and sustainable fitness. My studies on neurobehavioral influences of appetite hormones and obesity have given me a deep understanding of how mental and physical health work together to create lasting transformation.

Masinde Bakanya
Hey, I’m Masinde! I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer with a deep passion for strength training, athletic performance, and injury recovery. Born and raised in Aurora, Colorado, I was a multi-sport athlete at Smoky Hill High School, competing in basketball and track. I later attended Colorado State University (CSU) in Fort Collins, where I majored in Applied Computing Technology while continuing to develop my love for fitness and performance training.
My journey as a trainer began after tearing both ACLs in separate incidents—a tough setback that became my biggest source of growth. Through dedicated physical therapy and strength rebuilding, I not only regained my athleticism but also discovered a passion for helping others overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Howdy! I’m Mireille, a NASM-certified personal trainer with a passion for functional movement, strength training, and biomechanics. Originally from Houston, Texas, I made the move to Denver to expand my expertise and help others achieve peak performance. I specialize in plyometrics, calisthenics, mobility, and strength training, combining science-backed techniques with real-world application to help clients move, perform, and feel their best.
In 2021, I had the incredible opportunity to intern with members of the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), where I spent a year studying body alignment, injury prevention, and optimal biomechanics. Working with both post-surgical patients and elite performance athletes, I gained hands-on experience in restoring movement efficiency and maximizing strength potential.
